Shaping ability: the preform remains warm during the process, which could present a better shaping ability, a sharper angle.
Fixed orientation: Since the preform is held constant during the entire molding process, the neck finish is oriented to body of the bottle. This feature is useful for bottles using a dispensing closure and requiring an oriented neck finish.
Adopt biaxial stretch blow moulding, in which the stretching is done in both longitudinal and transverse direction.
Biaxial orientation increases the tensile strength, gas barrier properties, drop impact strength and clarity of plastics.
