This is a single stage injection stretch blow molding machine with three station.
Injection station is for injection preform from raw materials.
Stretch blowing station is for stretching & blowing the preform to finished bottle.
Ejection station is for releasing bottles.
Suitable material inlcudeds PET, PETG, PC, PCTG, Tritan, PS, SK etc.
Conveying preforms automatically with conveyor.
Adopted PID control achieves precise and steady temperature for the material barrel and hot runner.

This machine is the one-step hybrid molding equipment, applicable to the thermoplastic materials such as PET, PC, PS, Tritan, PCTG, PETG, etc. and widely used in manufacture of packaging bottles for pharmaceuticals, healthcare product and cosmetic industries.
