This is a single stage injection stretch blow molding machine with three station.
This machine is widely uesd for making lots of plastic bottles.
Suitable material inlcudeds PET, PETG, PC, PCTG, Tritan, SK etc.
Injection station is for injection preform from raw material.
Stretch & blow station is for stretching & blowing the preform to finished bottle.
Upgraded Technology
No reheat needed, it can perform the higher speed and more efficient and energy saving.
Adopted PID control achieves precise and steady temperature for the material barrel and hot runner.
Less transmission and working procedure save the products from damp and pollution so the hygienic requirement especially for food grade containers is well guaranteed.
Hot runner with valve gate type, designed with special anti-leak device, is adopted for higher preform gate finishing
